Fencing Rental Request Form

Rental Information

Please fill out this form by 11:59PM on the Monday before your event.

Please note our rental policies below:

1) Your college/organization is responsible for paying any and all costs incurred due to damage to the fencing panels between the time of your pickup and your drop off. The Student Center reserves the right to assess the damages and appropriate values.

2) The Student Center will transfer the full cost of the fencing panel rental via IDT from your account according to the information provided in this form.

3) This form must be returned via email by 11:59PM on the Monday before your event. If it is not received by this time, you may lose your opportunity to rent fences for your event (as other organizations on Rice also rent fences from the Student Center.

4) Fencing must be returned within three business days following the day of the event. For every business day thereafter that the fencing is not returned, an additional $20.00 will be charged to your account.

5) Attempting to remove fencing from without the Student Center approval, an additional $100.00 will be charged to your account.

6) Fence must be returned to ensure fences have been inspected. Im the event a college/club ask to transfer fences to another college special approval must be given prior to transfer occurring. If this is violated the original checking out college or club may incur additional late fees.
