Student Admission Council

Student Admission Council works directly with the Admission Office to provide a student perspective to prospective students and families. We coordinate with the Admission Office, and volunteer at large-scale recruitment and yield events such as Explore Rice in the fall and Owl Days in the spring. Tour Guides, Hometown Ambassadors, and Event Volunteers are some of the various roles that SAC members play in sharing their authentic Rice experience. We interact with campus visitors and also serve as representatives of Rice through online platforms, at local college fairs, and during hometown visits.
